Ferry House, Alderbury

Ferry House, located in Alderbury near Salisbury, is a bespoke luxury residence. Completed in 2022, this bespoke home replaces an early Victorian building, offering panoramic views of the Salisbury flood plains, with the iconic spire of Salisbury Cathedral in the distance. The site’s rich history – once home to a ferryman who gave the house its name adds to the property’s unique character, combining modern living with a connection to the past.
