In the first instance, please contact the person or department you usually deal with to discuss your concerns, by telephone on 01794 524447 or via email using the following format: [firstname].[surname]@awaengineers.com (i.e. john.smith@awaengineers.com)
If you have spoken to us about your complaint, please also put the details of your complaint in writing. We ask that you put your complaint in writing to make sure that we have a full understanding of the reasons for your complaint.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 7 days.
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly and will provide you with a written response outlining the outcome of our investigation and any actions taken.
We will aim to resolve your complaint within 20 working days.
