Job Title: Technical Director

Location: Romsey

Scott joined AWA in 2025 as a Technical Director and project leader with 28 years experience of civil engineering within the industry, to lead AWA’s Civils & Drainage team.

He has worked on a wide range of projects, ranging from residential (1 up to 1200 units) and sports grounds, to leisure, healthcare and education. Scott is involved in all elements of design from initial concept and planning support, to Reserved Matters, Detailed Design and Flood Risk.

In his spare time Scott enjoys spending time with his young family, DIY, playing sports, listening to music and can occasionally (“not often enough”) be found sliding down the alps on his snowboard.
