Ferry House, Alderbury

Details:	Ferry House, located in Alderbury near Salisbury, is a bespoke luxury residence. Completed in 2022, this bespoke home replaces an early Victorian building, offering panoramic views of the Salisbury flood plains, with the iconic spire of Salisbury Cathedral in the distance. The site’s rich history – once home to a ferryman who gave the house its name adds to the property’s unique character, combining modern living with a connection to the past.

The Shingles

Value:	Approx £800K
Details:	A new four bedroom house of 220 sq metres on a site near the New Forest. The wooded nature of the site determined the use of Canadian cedar shingle with a zinc roof as a finish for this load bearing masonry structure. Downland Prize 2010 – Highly Commended
