Andy attended the University of Bath and gained his chartered engineer status in 2015, before joining AWA in 2016. In 2019 he became a Managing Director responsible for business development, operations, strategy, scheme design and overall technical output.

Andy’s favourite part of working at AWA is building long-lasting relationships with clients and collaborators, as well as providing a supportive platform for people to develop and grow their career. Andy enjoys using structural theory fundamentals to overcome complex technical challenges.

In his spare time Andy enjoys cycling, writing music, supporting his beloved Birmingham City FC, and playing with his two young daughters.
